Chairman
Louis Wheeler has been Chair of the Lone Strøyberg Scholarship Company since its formation in 2015.
Experience:
- Vice Chair of the Danish-UK Association Board
- Chairman of the DUCC
- 34 years international commercial experience
Torben Strøyberg
Board Member
Torben Strøyberg joined the Board of the Lone Strøyberg Scholarship Company in 2020.
Experience:
- Decades of experience in the IT sector both as employee and independent consultant
- Born and educated in Denmark but has now lived half of his life in the UK

Kristian Engsig
Board Member
Kristian Engsig joined the Board in 2020 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Board.
Experience:
- Independent business owner since 1992 including Engsig Nordic and Penol
- Board member of Danish cancer fundraising project, The Mermaid Project
Per Troen
Board Member
Per Troen has been on the Board of the Lone Strøyberg Scholarship Company since its formation in 2015.
Experience:
- 35+ years as Danish Advokat and UK solicitor
- Founder and Chairman for 12 years of the DUCC
- Numerous board positions across various industries
Gunnar P Larsen
Board Member
Gunnar Papendick Larsen has been on the Board since its formation in 2015.
Experience:
- 10+ years as Managing Director of Danish-UK Association (prev. DUCC)
- 10 years at Invest in Denmark, national development agency
- Years of experience in international human business networking
Peter Vagn-Jensen
Board Member
Peter Vagn-Jensen has been on the Board of the Lone Strøyberg Scholarship Company since its formation in 2015.
Experience:
- Investor in various companies across several industries
- Founder and Director of various charities
Stephanie H Jensen
Board Member
Stephanie Hallman Jensen has been on the Board of the Lone Strøyberg Scholarship Company since November 2022 after supporting the Board administratively for 2 years.

- BsC in International Business Communication
